What makes us different to other bridal shops? Here are just a few of the services we offer in our Welwyn Garden City store to make sure the process is smooth and you are happy, every step of the way.
We still don’t charge for weekday appointments. However, due to being so busy, from 1st January 2023, we will be charging £15 for first appointments during the weekend. When you arrive to your appointment, you will receive a £30 voucher, valid in either of our shops on any purchase over £300 and expires after 6 months.
We have four seamstresses that all work slightly differently from each other. They all do an incredible job whether it’s adding extra detail or putting in a bustle, you name it, they can do it!
Size doesn’t matter to us, but should you want to buy ‘off the rail’, our sample stock starts at a size 4 up to 30.
We charge a small fee of £10 a month to store your dress in our shop. That way you can rest easy knowing your dress is safe with us.
We offer a free steaming service should you have bought your dress from us. If you didn’t but would still like your dress, or any other dress, steamed we charge £30 per wedding dress, £20 per bridesmaid dress and £10 for a veil.
We like to make every bride and their family and friends feel special from the moment they walk into our store. We have a large changing room and a catwalk. We also offer a range of drinks. We guarantee full exclusivity of the changing room and catwalk during your visit.
We have a sale rail that is full of ex-sample gowns for between 25% and 75% off. All of the dresses hung in our store are available to buy ‘off the rail’ Any of these are available to buy but are sold as seen and non-returnable.
When you collect your dress from us, it will be in a beautiful opaque, white bag away from prying eyes. We can also provide bags for bridesmaid dresses, veils and flower girl dresses.
We offer a professional, while-you-wait ring cleaning service. Your engagement ring should sparkle like you at your wedding. Using state-of-the-art technology, we can clean, polish and sparkle your ring ahead of your big day.
We can supply beautiful storage boxes for your dress and accessories.
We offer payment plans when purchasing your dream gown and accessories. No minimum payments and the balance must be paid off before the dress leaves the store.
We understand how important finding ‘the one’ is, but sometimes not everyone in the bridal party, including the bride herself, can get time off during weekly working hours. Therefore we offer late night appointments.
